Car vs. telephone pole, 1974.
Three vehicle MVA at the intersection of Rt 307 and Rt 435, one person entrapped.
It is unkown what year these pictures were taken. But garage is on RT 502 in Springbrook Twp.

The above pictures are from incident on March 8, 1999. The incident involved a school bus picking up children and Ford Mustang. The driver of the Mustang was entrapped for 37 minutes. 15 of the elementary school children on the bus were injured. Bottom right picture is of the ambulance staging area. 2 Gouldsboro Ambulances, 2 Jefferson Twp. Ambulances, 2 Thornhurst Ambulances, 2 Rural Metro ambulances, 4 Network ambulances, and an ambulance from each Carbondale, Community Life Support Systems Hamlin Fire Co, and Lackawanna Ambulance Service assisted us. The whole incident elapsed over a two-hour period. There were 16 patients transported and 35 refuasals.

There was much discusion about this picture. We were unsure of what is was from. The majority said that is was from the building of the reservoir in Covington Township.
(Left) A tanker carrying sugar rolled over on top of a van with seven people in it. It then burst into flames killing the three people. The van can be seen between the tanker and the sign. This accident occurred Labor Day weekend in 1971 in the 100 block of N. Main St in Moscow.
