"Remembering some of our area's history"

These pictures were taken in Honesdale Pennsylvania at the corner of Church and Ninth streets. In 1978 a suspicious fire consumed the Hotel Allen, leaving the building completely destroyed and 14 people dead. The cause of the fire was never proven.

This fire was a resort in the Tannersville / Mt. Pocono Area
